Invented by a MOM for busy "on the go" parents and for the volunteer extraordinaire!

We were of the first to develop and go to market with a School Directory App and Rosters on the Smart Phone or iPad since one rarely leaves home without it. Viewing information on an app is only part of it. Using it to communicate with people in one click makes it even more valuable. DOT not only provides quick access to contact information, but also allows instant communication with those contacts.  By providing directory services, school volunteers and school staff members have saved 500-1000 hours by implementing technology solutions in the form of a school directory app and school info app. We do all the work for you!


Directory on Tap was born out of chaos - - the good kind of household chaos with schools and sports and activities galore.   Using her IT background, Cindy created this School Directory App.

About the founder and chief information "organzier"  (CIO)‚Äč

Though she thinks being Mom is the the most gratifying job in the world, Cindy's never been able to stop dabbling in consulting and high tech solutions.  She started her career at Ernst & Young and has spent nearly her whole career in consulting.  Over the years, she has rolled out time-saving tools to streamline processes, built state-of-the-art software solutions and implemented powerful analytics for companies in a variety of industries.  Some of those companies include: ADT, American Airlines, Brinker International, Citizens Communications, DEX Media, Duke Energy Field Services, ICG, Liberty Global and Mail-well.  Cindy's book, Intelligent BI for the New Economy, was published in 2003.  She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Business Management Information Systems.   {Hook 'em Horns!}

Along with consulting and online school directory app services, she's created custom charity auction solutions where she has tied in profit/loss and promo analytics for some of her favorite charities.  With these systems and sound processes in place, Cindy's been known to increase auction/charity gala profits by 100%-300%.
